What does it mean to take a program that is NACC certified?

Offering NACC-certified programs means the institution delivers curriculum developed and standardized by the National Association of Career Colleges, the national body representing regulated career colleges across Canada. NACC programs, such as the Personal Support Worker, Medical Office Assistant, and Community Service Worker programs, are built to a common national standard, so students receive consistent, industry-aligned training regardless of where they study. To offer these programs, an institution must be a NACC member in good standing, use the approved curriculum and assessment materials, and meet NACC's delivery requirements. Graduates earn a NACC certificate that is recognized by employers across the country, giving them a portable, credible credential that reflects a standardized level of competency.
